When you contact us and request further information on properties other than what is online, such as the property disclosures we will do so via email, phone, or mail. We are also willing to phone you if you request us to do so to line up an appointment for a showing.
We do not sell our email lists, addresses, or phone numbers to anyone. That information is used if you request information from us. We keep these confidential to our office.
Always remember that the signing of a Contract creates important rights and liabilities on the part of both the Seller(s) and the Buyer(s). If you have concerns regarding your rights and liabilities you are encouraged to seek competent legal advice.
As Realtors we try to keep abreast of the ethical issues of our day. As Realtors we try to follow The Code of Ethics as set down by the National Association of Realtors and regularly take classes to try to keep up with issues affecting us all in real estate today.
As Iowa Real Estate Agents we try to uphold Professional standards that are set forth by Iowa Real Estate law as prescribed by the State of Iowa or by the Iowa Supreme Court Rule. We regularly take classes in Iowa Real Estate Law to keep up with issues in our state and those that are affecting America.
